Welcome to the Laboratory of Advanced Materials at the University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City! Founded in 2002 and located in Block F, our laboratory is dedicated to cutting-edge research in Transparent Conducting Oxide (TCO) materials, such as Zinc Oxide and Indium Tin Oxide, which are crucial components in electronic devices such as solar cells and flat panel displays. With a focus on materials for opto-electronic devices, we are committed to creating new materials with high efficiency that will drive advancements in the field.

As part of our mission, we also strive to expand our research interests into other areas, including materials for Thermoelectric devices like delafossite and ZnO.
