Research Interests<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Laboratory of Advanced Materials has mainly focused on two fields so far:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Transparent conducting oxide materials (TCOs):<br \/><\/strong><\/h3>\nTCOs are used for electrode applications in optoelectronic devices such as photodiode, solar cells, light emitting diodes, optical fiber, laser diodes,&#8230; Recently, we focus on investigating how to improve the electrical (especically, enhancing electron mobility or increasing carrier concentration) and optical (improving the transparent in visible region) properties of mono- or codoped <a href=\"https:\/\/materials-lab.hcmus.edu.vn\/?page_id=393\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>ZnO thin films<\/strong><\/span><\/a> by group three elements (Al, Ga, In, B), hydrogen or\u00a0 halogen elements (F, Cl).
