Nguyen Huu Truong is a Researcher at the Laboratory of Advanced Materials, VNUHCM-University of Science, where he has worked since 2010. He received his B.Sc. in Applied Physics (2010) and M.Sc. in Radio Physics and Electronics (2014) from the same university, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Optics on In/Ga and F co-doped ZnO transparent electrodes. His research covers ZnO-based transparent conducting oxide thin films, oxide thermoelectric materials, and nanocomposites. He has co-authored 26 international journal papers, including work in Journal of Science: Advanced Materials and Devices and Applied Surface Science, and has led five research projects. He has also supervised 19 undergraduate theses and teaches Modern Physics and Materials Analysis Methods.

Nguyễn Hữu Trương là Nghiên cứu viên tại Phòng thí nghiệm Vật liệu Kỹ thuật cao, Trường Đại học Khoa học Tự nhiên, ĐHQG-HCM, công tác tại trường từ năm 2010. Anh tốt nghiệp Cử nhân ngành Vật lý Ứng dụng (2010) và Thạc sĩ ngành Vật lý Vô tuyến và Điện tử (2014) tại trường, hiện đang là nghiên cứu sinh ngành Quang học với đề tài màng mỏng ZnO đồng pha tạp In/Ga và F làm điện cực trong suốt. Hướng nghiên cứu của anh gồm màng mỏng oxit dẫn điện trong suốt nền ZnO, vật liệu nhiệt điện nền oxit và vật liệu nano composite. Anh là đồng tác giả của 26 bài báo quốc tế, trong đó có các công trình trên Journal of Science: Advanced Materials and Devices và Applied Surface Science, đã chủ nhiệm năm đề tài nghiên cứu. Anh cũng đã hướng dẫn 19 khóa luận đại học và giảng dạy các môn Vật lý hiện đại, Các phương pháp phân tích vật liệu.
