Welcome to the Laboratory of Advanced Materials at the University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City! Since 2001, our lab has been at the forefront of research on Transparent Conducting Oxide (TCO) materials like ZnO, ITO, essential for opto-electronic devices such as solar cells and displays. We also explore Thermoelectric materials like delafossite and ZnO, aiming to develop high-efficiency materials for next-generation technologies.
