Purpose of use
EN: The machine rotates an ultra-flat 8-inch plate against a fixed sample holder to generate controlled planar friction. This removes surface defects, planarizes specimens and produces scratch-free, mirror-like finishes on components and bulk ceramic samples, sputtering targets and substrates.
