Purpose of use

EN: Rapid measurement of electrical resistivity and sheet resistance of thermoelectric and functional oxide samples (thin films, pellets, bars), e.g. ZnO, ITO, SnO2, CuCrO2,.... Used to screen electrical conductivity as a function of composition, thickness and annealing conditions, and to complement Hall effect and Seebeck measurements.
